Stavroulakis Spyros is a project engineer of Conjekt with special skills in the application of the standards found in studies and the time scheduling of construction sites. He participated in the transformation of the Village Cinemas’ building in Maroussi to an office building covering a total surface of 9,500 m², a project of a budget of 9.5 million euros.

At the same time, he manages the arrangement of semi-open Spaces and Arbitrary structures in the context of Laws 4014/2011 & 3843/2010.
